The Suntree Rotary Club has been notified that its Global Grant application has been approved by The Rotary Foundation. This project will dig a deep well in the community of Cane, Honduras and supply much needed water filters, pilas and latrines (see picture of the current toilet situation) to the village of Guachilipin, Honduras. Work will begin on these projects as soon as we get our Global Grant funding from RI.
We thank the other clubs in our district who supported this grant with funding – Port St. Lucie, Palm Beach and Indialantic.
